Before committing to any project, we conduct thorough due diligence to assess its viability. If your project meets our funding criteria, we’ll move forward. However, not all projects are suitable, and we make these decisions thoughtfully and with great care.
Some projects require creative, out-of-the-box strategies. In those cases, we collaborate with our partners to develop the best plan of action. We stay actively involved in planning and executing financial projections to maximize your chances of success.
Our compensation is performance-based. For loans, we earn a small commission as a success fee, similar to the broker’s closing fee in commercial lending. Since we can’t guarantee project success, we don’t charge any upfront application fees.
For equity investments, our compensation is also tied to the successful completion of the funding process. These terms may vary by contract, and we may charge a modest monthly fee for ongoing work on these projects.
